In 2023, while traveling through the heart of Portugal, our fun trip took an unexpected turn when my hat was damaged. In my urgent search for a replacement, I discovered the amount of hat shops and the exceptional quality of Portuguese hats. Despite the limited selection of fashionable designs, I fell in love with the craftsmanship. This experience sparked the idea to design our own models.
It took a year to find the correct Portuguese suppliers to handcraft for our own hats. By using our design and their amazing handcraft quality a new label was born: Julie Anna.
